Hello and hope you are doing well.

You seem to be in a difficult situation, if water is causing the rash. To prevent the allergic reaction, the allergen needs to be avoided. Environmental triggers or seasonal or diurnal variations triggers may be difficult to avoid. More so, if it is something like water. But you could see if temperature variations in water are triggering the attacks, also see if you can change the water source and see if the reactions persist. Sometimes the pipes may contain the allergen.  Alternatively an allergy specialist may try to identify the offending allergen and try to desensitize you.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

I only hope for you that its not the same condition that I have and veryy difficult to live with and hard not going into the water, rain, snow, sweet, tears its horrible, my condition his called Aquagenic Urticaria its usually causes the skin to itch and burn after being exposed to water of any kind. The skin may develop hives. Showers may result in severely dry eyes and soreness. Higher water temperatures tend to expedite the formation of hives. Shortness of breath or swelling in the throat can occur when drinking water. The pain usually persists for between 10–120 minutes. But maybe its only something in the water that his making you react, good luck and keep up posted!!!!
