spenoidal sinuses

My husband has burning sinuses like by cool air,his eyes are very blurry and watery.The roof  and gums are uncomforable The top of his head and the back are sore to touch. Is this a sign of sinuse problems?

Is he on any medications currently? Has a CT scan of your sinuses been done? Is he allergic to any specific substances? Has he had allergic reactions in the past?

He could take oral antihistamine medications like cetrizine or loratadine and see if it helps with his symptoms. He should also take steam inhalation and saline nasal drops several times a day.

If his symptoms still persist, consult a doctor because then he would need to get certain investigations done and would probably need steroid nasal sprays and a course of antibiotics.
