Hi, tingling of palms generally is a result of conditions that affect the nerves and/or blood vessels that supply to that area. You may be allergic to greek food which may be associated with swelling and nerve compression. Numbness of the palms is often associated with tingling. This is referred to as paresthesia.

The various reasons for numbness are vitamin B12, B1 and B6 deficiency, nerve injury, diabetic neuropathy, cervical sponylosis, frostbite, peripheral vascular disease, hypothyroidism etc.

For confirmation you can check your sugar level, thyroid status etc. You may have to take vitamin B-complex supplements. You may go for food challenge test to rule out food allergy and avoid further exposure. I suggest you to consult physician/allergy specialist. Take care and regards.
