IT IS VERY MINOR!!! over 5 billion people are born with them, it is not harmful to your health at all, but you cant get rid of them, i think it is dried hair. completeley nORMAL:!!!
Some people love having them so dont freak  but  if you want to get rid of it u might wanna  ask a special doctor to do laser on it, to burn it up, wont hurt:ps relpy

I am 37 and have the same problem. I have even paid hundreds of dollars for Laser Treatment that didn't work. Finally, I figured out that it was the food I was eating causing the breakouts. I do have many food allergies. Pineapple, wheat, oat, cheese, chocolate....When I gave up these foods my face cleared up. If I eat something now I will breakout within an hour. No medicine or cream will help, I just need to stay away from the foods.

I would suggest that you get food allergy tested.
P.S. Most doctors do not beleive that food can cause acne, but I am proof that it does.
