victoria secret rash bra

I purchase my Angels secret bra this summer. I also too developed the itchy rash it was very painful. I could not wear a bra for days. I seeked medical advice from my family physican and he prescribed a cream which help a little. I quit wearing this particular bra thinking that it was to heavy or was just maybe rubbing me. Wow, I am so glad this came out on GMA this morning. This information made me furious that I went through this aggavation and pain. My question who do I complain too?
