Hi,

You would need to consult a pediatrician to decide on the appropriate medications and dosage. It is advisable to take prescription medications especially in case of children in consultation with a certified physician.

What symptoms is he having? How was the pneumonia diagnosed? Does he have asthma too?

Let us know about what his doctor advises.

Let us know about any other doubts and also post us about how he is doing.

Regards.
