what happen to me???/

since one year ago, i start to having flem (phlegm) and with alittle black particles, not always!! but some times i notice that, and also i feel like palpitations, and some cough and chest congestion like if i have a cold, but am not)...so i dont know what happen to me... i smoke for many many years but i have 4 years that i do not smoke..so... also i start feeling with ansiety and immsonia some times, and schakeness... am afraid to be sick..my son need me..and i dont know what happen with my body!!!!

There are two possibilities that you should look at. One is asthma. This can cause phlegm with black particles. The other is smoker’s lungs. This also causes phlegm with black particles. Asthma is an allergic condition and can happen in response to an allergy to smoke.
Cancer of lung is also common in smokers. Nicotine in smoking causes palpitations and heart disease along with atherosclerosis.
Since you are having so many symptoms, it would be wise to consult a chest specialist ASAP, maybe immediately show your PCP and get a referral. You need to quit smoking under expert guidance.
