Hello,
Chronic sinus problems can be due to chronic sinusitis. can be due to allergic nasal polyps or tumors, allergic reactions, deviated nasal septum, trauma to the face, respiratory tract infections, allergies such as hay fever, immune system cells or cystic fibrosis.
It is important to find out the cause of chronic sinusitis as then specific treatment can be started. Treatment varies from saline and steroid nasal sprays to decongestants and antibiotics. Some resistant cases may need surgery.Treatment for allergies and cystic fibrosis is specific.

You can get it confirmed by getting total Ig E levels, transillumination (passing light through the sinuses),Sinus X-rays or CAT scan of sinuses and other tests.

I would suggest you to consult an ENT specialist/allergist for this.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.Warm regards.

I think you might have non allergic rhinitis, which the symptoms you are talking
about are there, also temperature change, It can cause you to get nauseated
and feel sick, because it is affecting your immune system.

Talk to your doctor about a new nasal spray called astelin for this

The allergy tests will not show it, because it is not influenced by
any kind of dust, mold or pollen.

Do you have low grade fever. below 100 , around 99.2 or so , feel fatigued
and get stuffy nose>

Good Luck
