what to do for sinus pressure and dizziness

How can I get rid of the dizziness and pressure that sinus causes.   It really messes up my day.

i also have feelings of sinus pressure and dizziness.. I have tried soo many nasal sprays and the neti pot and decongestants and nothing is the cure. is there anything else?
i am headed to my 3rd ENT next week.. and been battling this for 3 years

Sinus pressure is due to the fluids in the sinus. Take steam in the morning. This will help drain the sinus properly. Go out for a walk which will help clear the sinus too. You can try a decongestant spray too after talking to your ENT. Get your blood pressure checked—A high blood pressure too can cause a sinus like pressure and dizziness.
