what to do for sinus pressure and dizziness

How can I get rid of the dizziness and pressure that sinus causes.   It really messes up my day.

Thanks for writing to the forum!
Sinus pressure is due to the fluids in the sinus. Take steam in the morning. This will help drain the sinus properly. Go out for a walk which will help clear the sinus too. You can try a decongestant spray too after talking to your ENT. Get your blood pressure checked—A high blood pressure too can cause a sinus like pressure and dizziness.
