Several years ago I was feeling really sick so my husband took me to the doctor....long story a little shorter...Dr. sent me to Neurologist who sent me to Reumatologist...my ANA result 320 (symptoms-sometimes swollen hands and feet, redness discolored skin around armpit/top of thigh/behind knee/ below buttocks, body aches, joints ache, lower backache, right arm gets numb and fingers sometimes lock when i use it alot, sometimes jittery. Reumatologist said he wasn't sure what I had. He said maybe a mild case of lupus but wasn't certain. He labeled me with Sjogren Syndrome and prescribed me with HYDROXYCHLOROQUINE. I was scared of the side affects so I never took it and I never went back to the doctors (2 years ago). I tried chiropractors, physical therapy, occupuncture, Hawaiian medicine, herbal medicine...is there anyone out there who knows what I have or is experiencing the same thing and has some advice for me or knows of some kind of hebal medicine I should try...I'd like to go natural...please help me...Thank you for your time;)

Start with herbal - Divya chandraprabha vati tablets.
Also follow this breathing techniques twice a day. Let me know when you notice benefit in one of the symptoms, and we can take it further from there.
Build up your timing gradually.If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom pranayam –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril  
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril  
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30  minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs.You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.

Kapalbhati -(Do it before eating) Push air forcefully out through the nose about once per second. Stomach will itself go in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day. Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill people do it gently.
