ATP & CoQ10 supplementation with Diabetes Type II

Has anyone had any luck with ATP & CoQ10 or other supplements with Diabetes Type II?

I am currently taking daily up to 400 mg Co Q10 and 100 mg ATP, Coconut oil, 100 B-complex, daily multivitamin and Omega 3-6-9 recommended doses.

I have noted that since I added the ATP to my regimen my sugars stay low.. like in the 60-70 range.  That is low for me and my body starts giving me the low sugar symptoms.  Has anyone else had a response to ATP and any combinations to affect your insulin/sugar levels?  I am in the process of tweaking it to see if it is a combination or just the Peak ATP I just added.
