See the human body works well, when you are getting too much of a particular vitamin or mineral you just flush it out. This will usually cause diarhea, colored urine, upset stomach. The best way to avoid this is to find what dosage is right for you and go with separate vitamins and minerals and maybe combine this with a cheap multi that haves extremely low doses. I take a cheap multi for the copper, maganese and some minerals like that but in no way I can say it's doing the job when it comes to vitamin and some minerals like magnesium which is cheap magnesium oxide 50mg, so i have my Doctor's Best Magnesium Chelated with amino acids and black pepper. Same thing for vitamin D, and vitamin A, in my cheap multi I get not even 300UI of vitamin D and 3,000UI of Beta-Carotene which is then transformed into vitamin A. So i take 2 1,000UI vitamin D and 1 25,000UI beta-carotene too. Note that I won't take my vitamin D if I'm going to pass my day outside with the sun and i won't take my beta-carotene if I eat a lot of carrots this day. The important vitamins and minerals to have with a multi are vitamin C (if you don't eat a lot of fruits everyday or drink a lot of fruit juices), vitamin D if you lack sun exposure, Beta-Carotene, B vitamins (if your diet is not that good and you feel you need more), magnesium (80% of all American don't get enough magnesium), calcium. The rest can safely be obtain from a multi.
Remember that the best source is always food but with today's processed food it is kinda hard to keep track of all you need.

Yes it was, I have got a differant one now but still having some trouble with stomach, however it has given me a lot more energy I must have been deplete on the vits and Nutrients..the 1st one had 500mcgrams of Folic this one has 400...this was the highest content of them all.I think I will go over to liquid as suggested here once I have finished these.
I am wary of vitamin megadoses. And they do tend to upset the stomach. Is your stomach telling you you are overdosing?
Thanks guys will try what you say, I assumed it was folic acid as the amount was bigger than the other vits ...I want to keep taking supplements as apart from that I do feel okay ..and okay is good ...lol
The most likely culprit in vitamins is iron. Taking them with meals may help, but sometimes a vitamin just doesn't set well. I had that experience with a Twin Labs multi many years ago. Taking vitamins such as Mega Foods or New Chapter or Rainbow Light, that combine foods with the nutrients usually help, but they are expensive. They're one dailies are extremely low dosage -- too low -- but low dosages are how you avoid the large pills. Minerals take up a lot of space. I personally alternate Rainbow Light Advanced Nutritional Formula with New Chapter's Men's II. They're both expensive, and are six a day (I take four). Keep looking around if this one doesn't work. Sometimes it can also be the fillers and binders, particularly in drug store vitamins.
Are you taking them with meals? This might help with the nausea. Sometimes a liquid vitamin works best. It is assimilated more completely and quicker.
