Anyone Used Himalayan Salt
Saw Dr Oz talk about and had audience member try Himalayan salt -looked like a little bottle in which you mixed the salt with water - and spray into mouth - she loved it -
P.S. And I never heard of salt being an "energizer." Is this the effect of suggestion?
oh yes now I will tell you, I used to get a lot of Tonsillitas as a kid, my mom gave me salt water gargles ..it would have been regular salt ..but it did soothe , she also put warm salt into a cloth bag and I held it on my ear for earache ...
It appeared to be a pure salt- and mixed with water - provided a light spray for the throat - the lady who tried it didn't believe it - but it was one of the 5 natural energizers and she loved it.
