Do Other Nutrients Need to be Taken with Manganese?

I am taking manganese at the standard approved maximum dose of 10 mg. It has shown some benefit in studies with natural remedies on tardive dyskinesia. That much is being monitored and would be discussed by my neurologist who is supervising its usage. My question is I believe that in reading it that it needs some supplement nutrients (I believe zinc and calcium) which in taking it it might lower the amounts of. Either way, just would like some information about if any supplemental nutrients need to be taken with manganese. Thanks.
