Has anyone tried infrared saunas?  If someone has what difference did you notice from using it.  I am looking to buy one and use for many conditions like acne, and improving circulation.

Your body is under the control of homeostasis just like any living thing. Too much perturbation of homeostasis can affect your health. Too much is not good and not enough neither. Balance is the key. Because of thermoregulation you can't really damage yourself unless you really want to. Your body will do anything to maintain a good overall temperature and this is why you sweat and yeah detoxification. Internal organs detoxification will happen over a more prolonged period of time and is not related to saunas but more to healthy diet and habits. The detox you get from the sauna is the toxin ready to get out. It's not like it is squeezing your liver and kidneys to detox them but the fact that you are losing water in the sauna and that you will compensate with more water intake will indeed result in a detoxification that in this case could be kinda related to the internal organs and saunas but not directly.

Some say the higher temperature the deeper detoxification will be, like from internal organs of our body.

Can too much heat or high temperature like 60-70 Celsius when in infrared sauna damaging to your health?
I think so.  From what I have read and is true proteins and molecules that are composed protein structure start to denature at high temperatures.  Also in cell culture dishes human cells get damaged by 43 C and dies at 46-47° C.

Yes, that's exactly what I was thinking all the time.  As you said, go to the place and are motivated by a seller and also feel weird if you don't sign-up.  End result customer pays.

At a friend's.

Yeah marketing technique because you are more likely to pay for a membership while being at the place and being motivated by a seller.

That's too expensive.. I won't be buying one with that price range for now.

Where did you use FIR sauna then? A health club that  has this feature? There is one health club in my city that offers infrared sauna to their members. Unfortunately, just like other health clubs, they don't give membership prices over email or phone.  So strange.  I wonder why.

250$ price range is what you want to avoid. A good FIR sauna will cost you around 1,000$ to 3,000$. That is if you want to get the great benefits.

I don't have one myself but I wish I could buy one right now.

The detoxification happens do to perspiration resulting from the heat. Infrared heat if the kind of heat you feel from the sun therefore it is more natural than conventional saunas. The more you sweat the more detox you get but don't forget to compensate the lost of minerals and water with appropriate diet and water intake.

When you say cheap ones what price are you suggesting?  I found one on ebay and other sites that are $230-$250 without s/h.  They also say it detoxifies you, I don't how much does it do that.
