Garlic Supplement Pills

I bought myself some garlic pills, but will taking them with a meal make me sick. I bought Garlinase, it says the tablet is equivalent to 4 cloves. WIll I get sick if I take these?

Garlic shouldn't make anyone sick, unless you have a sulphur allergy.  Keep in mind garlinase is a standardized garlic, meaning it isn't a completely natural form of garlic.  It's a fine product, but just know garlic supplements aren't all equal.  The type of garlic supplement you're best off with depends on why you're taking it.

You would be surprised how much garlic some foreigners eat. They don't get sick.

Probably not! It's Enteric-coated tablets reach the small intestine,
