Gummy Vitamins

The other day someone gave me a couple of gummy vitamins. They were convenient for me because I have trouble swallowing pills. Does anyone know if the gummy vitamins are of good quality, or which ones are of good quality? Many thanks for your help.

No.  Candy doesn't make for a good vitamin.  Most drugstore vitamins don't use the most assimilable form of nutrients.  Unfortunately, to do natural medicine reliably isn't cheap.

Thank you for your helpful comment. Now I certainly won't buy them. As for the cost, that didn't concern me. It was the convenience that did. Too bad that they are of poor quality.
