Hello, I'm hoping to shed some light on an issue that I've been dealing with recently...I've never been a "hyper" person...nothing has changed in the way of my personal or professional life...but my menstrual cycle has been a little off in the past 6 months. I just turned 30 and have never been pregnant I do get regular menses BUT now I seem to have really bad PMS. irregular bleeding (spotting between menses), I am tired but at the same time feel extremely hyper, like i could run a marathon upon awakening in the morning, I wake up frequently and suddenly during the night...and all of this is not limited to my cycle...it just won't stop, it's like this all month long, all the time and it's wearing me out. I can't take "hormones" in the traditional medical sense as I have tried low dose birth control in the past and have suffered a mini-stroke...am very sensitive to any pharmaceutical drug i take. I'm not exactly sure what's going on but I feel like I'm going crazy! Sounds like a hormonal imbalance to me....can you please help me? Thank you!
