Pinched Nerve

Could acupuncture or another alternative therapy help with a pinched nerve in the S1L5 location?

It might.  So might massage or physical therapy.  Don't expect quick results, though.  You might also try relaxing the area doing the pinching with magnesium citrate and skullcap and natural antiinflammatories.  Might help.
