Problem: Ganglion Cyst. on the wrist

Is there any treatment for  Ganglion Cyst.on the wrist...in "Naturopathy and Yoga"........

I am a cyst-plagued person. I recently read that applying iodine will get rid of it (eventually I presume). I have not tried this yet, but will.

You know thats good info as I did massage my foot a lot, and it did go, I have one on my palm of my hand now I will do the same thing ..thank you

they do go away by themselves I had two one on the palm of my hand one on the bottom of my foot, took a while but eventually disappeared , annoying more than anything ...
