P.S. Good luck and keep me posted.
But please remember, if it works you will not see results all that quickly. I don't know when my scar began to disappear because I wasn't paying any attention to it. All I know is that a year later you would need a magnifying glass (and have to know what you are looking for) to even see the tiny portion that remains.
Well, thank you very much. It's worth trying it and I will do that. Will keep you posting on the results.
I hit upon something concerning scar tissue quite by accident. I had only one scar. It was from a deep cut on my hand than ran along the line of life. About a year ago I started taking large doses of vitamin B5 to treat adrenal fatigue. A few months ago I noticed that the scar seemed to be fading (the accident dated from some 30 years before). I didn't pay much attention to it until I realized that when I stretched my hand their was no longer any pull from the scar. The only thing I could think of that I had done differently by way of diet or supplements was the addition of B5. So I surfed the net and found that the vitamin was used to minimize scarring. I couldn't find any source that mentioned long-term scars. You might have better luck.
By the way, now that a full year has passed, my scar is now invisible to the naked eye. And when I press along the path of what had been the scar, I feel absolutely nothing under my skin except for about a half inch, and that is only about the width of two hairs. . I am taking 1000 mg. of vitamin B5 daily. There are no side effects. It is worth a try for you, but you have to be patient.
That I couldn't tell you. I don't think you can without another operation
Thank you for your response. I have tried massages in the past- it seems to help a little bit but the scar tissue probably is too big.. where exactly you press? Th question is: how to get rid of this/if possible/
Tony, The best I could think of is the scar tissue is pressing on a nerve have you tried a hot
compress.
