Herbal remedy for gas release :
take 10 coriander seeds, add half a teaspoon of sugar, and chew this mixture very slowly.
Natural antibiotic: take half teaspoon of turmeric powder with hot/warm water.
Try these and note any benefit you feel.

Hi Gustopher.

Whatever is causing all your troubles, regardless of dx, will require some  lifestyle adjustments perhaps. There's NO Silver Bullets.
It helps that you're an aspiring comedian.

First, excessive water consumption, may not be in your health's best interest!
Just google hyponatremia that is caused by "water intoxication" .

Gut Dysbiosis, Leaky Gut Syndrome, Candida, viral gastroenteritis (stomach flu) food poisoning and parasites are all suspect.

Most of these have something in common, which is bacteria overgrowth.
Very low carb diet, peppermint oil supplements (enteric coated caps)
and high quality probiotics usually help in such cases.
Also Extra Virgin Coconut Oil 2T daily will help as it is anti-fungal, anti-parasitic, anti-viral and anti-microbial.

I think you should get evaluated by a Gastro specialist if this persists.

Take care and I hope your condition improves soon.
