bananas/potassium chloride

How many bananas would I have to eat to equal  an intake of 20meq of potassium chloride? Thanks for your reply.

A medium size banana has about 422 mg you will need about 3-4 bananas! Now will that cause CONSTIPATION?

Bananas have a lot of fiber, so they are likely to do the opposite of cause constipation.  On the other hand, they are very high in sugar!
