Injured Toe interpretation

I always dream and usally remember it too. Last night I dreamt that I was visting my parents and my toe was hurting a lot. Suddenly I saw that it was about to fall off my foot and I started crying. Then my father, brother and sister immediately took me to a doctor. It was a long train ride to the doctor's place in the middle of the night. We waited for a while but the doctor stitched my toe back before it would completely fall off. While going back to the train station I was walking slowly which irritated my sister. But I was telling her it will take time to heal , though it felt like it would.

Can anyone help me interpret this PLEASE
