Degenaration of brain disease-Dimensia

Hi,
My father is 79 years old. He is suffering in Degenaration of brain disease-Dimensia since 2000.We have visited with many Doctor's ( Medicine, Neurologist,Orthopadic) for the treatement , but no improvement is observed.His total body is affecting with severe vertigo and facing difficulty to walk.
His ECG, MRI, CT SCAN, BLOOD REPORT, Prostrate is ok except Cervical spondiolysis.
Please suggest for any other options to be tried for improvement.

I am so sorry no one responded you must have slipped through, keep in touch with the Doctors I hear there are new Meds coming out all the time, you may want to google 'Remba" I have heard good and hopeful reports about this, it is on trials at the presant time  3rd year coming up, and will be on the Market if passed by the FAA  within 2 years after . You could try keeping him occupied with some word games if he can do them, ,make sure he is upbeat with plenty of company, read to him, music, Good luck
