Hello I go running early in the morning everyday. I woke up this morning same time as usual did my normal routine and went out for a run. While I was running I felt normal and then slowly I felt like I was in a dream and going up stairs and thinking things that I usually do not think about and this lasted for a few minutes and then I remembered I am running and snapped out of it again. I got really nervous about why this happened. I am a 52 years old woman. Please help. I am very active and eat as healthy as I can. Thanks
