anal cancer

hey i had sex with an escort in feb 2011
it was protected after that i got all tests clear even HSV as well

now from june 2011 i am having a little discomfort and itchy feeling in anus
some times i do feel pressure and little pain

doctor have done digital rectal examination and he said its fine no mass or wart in anus
but he have not done anoscopy

kindly tell me can a heterosexual men ( healthy , no anal sex , 28 year old ) get anal cancer

i have no bleeding ,discharge but do have discomfort ,pressure, and some times a little pain as well , its hard to pass gas as well

can you please tell me , do i have a risk of anal cancer bc of HPV or mentioned symptoms

i am going to have sigmoidoscopy as well

I think you've been infected with HPV in the brain dromiii.  How many more months/years are you gonna do this to yourself.  I must admit that at this point I am so morbidly curious as to what a day in the life of dromiii must be like.  I wish no ill upon you, but man, take some pills already.  Your issue is not HPV or any sex related repercussion.  Please seek professional help and start some pills.  Believe me, you will be glad you did.
