Anal cancer is caused by HPV; presents as a fast growing skin cancer. A genital wart may be seen in area. Bleeding occurs when it has progressed to an advanced stage.
As HPV and anal cancer are linked to multiple sexual partners. There are other variable like age (62 is average: I got it @ 72). You are way too young and don't have a sexual partner, so relax on this score.
