21mm fusiform carotid cavernous sinus

Hi all, I am a 48 yr old male who just found out I have aneurysm after 7 month migraine treated as sinus infection. I am scared and would like your help. I am told after MRI/MRA/CT-A that there is a 21x10mm fusiform on carotid artery in cavernous sinus. It is in a spot on artery that makes a S shape turn. Neuroradiologist doesn't think it is causing non stop migraine,nausea,fatigue? I was told risk vs benefit at my age, he does not recommend surgery, but pain management from Nuerologist. Shots,IV's,drugs haven't helped and I am getting extremely fatigued and am afraid I may lose my job. I have 2 daughters and an unemployed wife to support and extremely worried about future.

Any ideas advice on where to look for help would be greatly appreciated. Any questions you need answered?

Hi,  so sorry to hear of your diagnosis. Have you gotten a second opinion yet? I'm not sure why the doc thinks your age is not good for surgery???? Is it because of the location? It is always a good idea to get a second opinion even if you are ok with what the first doc said. Hopefully, you have found some answers since your post.
