ANTERIOR COMMUNICATING ARTERY ANEURYSM

I would like to hear from someone who has had surgery on a anterior artery aneurysm.
I have a double one in the communicating artery. 6.4 mm on one side and 4.2 mm on the other side.
One doctor says just watch it as I am 72 yrs. old. Other doctor says operate going through side of head.
He dosen't recomend coiling as mine is cone shaped and chance that coiling would drop down and have to be re-done
Also a stint would be placed in the middle of all this.
I am so stressed about this I can't stand it.  No way to tell when It might blow.  I am a very active person and would appreciate some input wither it be good or bad information.

A method of surgery that appears successful with relatively minimal problems enters the cranium under the eye brow.  I don't remember the name of it but it has better outcomes vs a cranial entry.  Discuss this with your Doctor.  If they don't know how to do this you might seek a second opinion.  Good luck and God Bless!
