Are those the symptoms of an aneurysm?

My girlfriend had some sudden symptoms today and we are really worried:

When she woke up today, she had a nosebleed on the left side of the nose. I'm not sure how related this might be.

Several hours later, when at work, she experienced a sudden and severe blur on her left eyesight, and a little on her right, she could barely walk when we took her to a hospital.

The doctors did pretty much nothing, as they tested her blood AND her blood pressure, everything was fine.

Now, at night, she is having severe headache on her left side of the head.

Don't worry, we are seeking for a good neurologist, who, I suppose, will ask for an exam. (MRI or a CT)

I'm asking this only to try and get a piece of mind so I can sleep well tonight.

In the United States we are Blessed with a healthcare system that would have immediately provided a CT scan to rule out something serious like an aneruysm.  For those of us living in the U.S. this is a great example of the problem with socialized medicine like "ObamaCare".

Yukifujita, I have not known nosebleeds to be associated with aneruysms, however, blurred vision is usually more suspect.  More directly, if she did not have a klidascope like visual experience it is more likely to be something else maybe as minor as a migraine.  Only a Doctor would be qualified to make a determination though.  Good luck and God Bless!

I had a spontaneous cerebral aneurysm 6yrs ago and the symptoms your girlfriend is experiencing is nothing like i had. I was fine going to bed one night, my then baby daughter woke and i bent over her cot to give her a dummy, when i stood up straight i had a terrible urge to vomit and i felt extremely dizzy. I managed to get to the bathroom and vomited continuously for what seemed like hours, i tried to stand up and the pain i felt in my head was extreme, i thought my head was going to explode. My husband called an ambulance and i can remember saying to him " It's only a severe migraine, i don't need an ambulance". All my vital signs were normal, blood pressure, heart rate etc, so at first the Doctor thought the same as me... Migraine! It wasn't until the pain refused to subside with strong pain killer that they decided to do a CT scan and found the bleed.
I hope this puts your mind at ease and hopefully your girlfriend will get her headaches sorted out very soon.
All the very best x
