Has anyone ever had a hepatic and pancreatic duodenal aneurysm?

I was having back pains at first and then pains towards the lower right side of my abdomen. It took me 2 ultrasounds (7 months apart) and a cat scan with contrast to finally diagnose me. They found the hepatic aneurysm in the ultrasound but did not detect the pancreatic duodenal aneurysm till the cat scan. The hepatic aneurysm was 20mm or 2cm, but they did not say how big the pancreatic duodenal aneurysm is.
I had surgery for the hepatic aneurysm last year September (2015). It was a long and complicated surgery.  I ended up taking a blood vessel out of my left leg to bypass me, coiled the aneurysm, and fixed a blocked artery too. The surgery took 12 hours and it was a success. Unfortunately a month and a half later my bypass occluded. My doctor tried to stunt my bypass but it was not successful. Luckily I do have an artery feeding my liver which is keeping my liver fully functioning.
I still have pain and my doctor has told me that I would need to fix my bypass before taking care of my pancreatic duodenal aneurysm.
Has anyone gone through this before?
