I've been reading info on upper/inner thigh pains. However my symptoms seem a little different. When I walk, I feel a discomfort in my upper inner thigh. Half way up from my knee. However, the discomfort is not a single pin point. It runs up and down by a few inches. The discomfort is only felt when walking. It's feels like it could be arterial. Could it be a clot or sign of clogged arteries which could be a precursor to a heart attack? I am a male, 45, 5'10", 203lbs. Last blood test showed good cholesterol was 190. Bad cholesterol was 107. The test was completed a year ago.
