Intestinal blockage?

So about 9 months ago I noticed I couldn't poop. I was on about a 9 day delay cycle. After those 9 months (recent) I couldn't poop for 16 days.. I litterally Just pooped tonight. Now my tummy hurts to hell. I got out alot of balled poop and alot of acid like slimy poop. Gross.

I had a CT scan today with contrast and they said My intestines look good but i have 2 cysts on my liver Im 23.. I have severe anxiety and even though they said im fine I still feel here and there my heart will take my breath away,. feel weak or super fast. my stomach hurts to hell though i dont vomit..and i thought my urine was incredibly dark.. bilrubin maybe? They kept tellping me nothing was wrong, go home 10 days in a row..now look where i am.

im constantly worried about my heartt and blood flow as my chesty always gets weird feelings in it.. especially right now. Im contemplating going back to have my urine looked at and blood again :/
