I have many LipomasLipoma - arm in my trunk, inner and outter thighs, abdomen and inner upper arms. They are still deep within my skin and have not make it to the point where they are noticeable. They are highly painfulPainful menstrual periods especially when I sit or lie down. I think that it may dercums disease since they are not noticeable and are highly painfulPainful menstrual periods. Being so deep I feel that they would be surrounded by many blood vessels. I had to have one varcious vein removed last year due to extreme pain and circulationCirculation of blood through the heart Circulation of lymph Diabetic blood circulation in foot Vertebrobasilar circulatory disorders was bad. All the doctors keep saying that LipomasLipoma - arm are not painfulPainful menstrual periods which also leads me for it to be dercums disease. None of my doctors won't take the time to feel these lumps carefully. per pain mangement they need to be cut out. If they are not above the skin then how can they be cut out. I also read that there are around 7 different types of Lipomas. I am very confused???. Three of my seven doctors have said that it is fibro which I beliebe I have on top of whatever I have whether it be lipomas or dercum disease
