Possible Vascular Anomaly of the Brainstem - possible Aneurysm

I had and MRI done and the results as On T2 axial image 12 of series 302, there is a slight prominence at the trifurcation of the M1 segment of the left middle cerebral artery.  Given the possible vascular anomaly of the brainstem, further evaluation with MRA may be considered to help exclude aneurysm at this location.  On the current study, there are no definite areas of intracranial hemorrhage.

It also showed a polyp or retention cyst within the right maxillary sinus. Otherwise, maxillofacial sinuses are clear.

I have had migranes since 1991 but have been reduced to about 1 every 2-3 months, however I do suffer from daily headaches, I always have thought it was stress.................any suggestion on interpreting the above.  I have my MRA scheduled in a couple days............thanks
