Signs for a upcoming attack?

I have had a "Dull" pain above my left eye for about four months now, around my brow bone and eyelid.  It almost felt like a "Deep bruise" on my bone and was sore to the touch and not really a headache up till about a few days ago, now I have the typical throbbing and aching. My ears have been popping for the four months this has been going on ( Like if you was ascending into the mountains / high altitude ) ( It only effected my left side but now is gradually moving to the other eye as well.  Last night I woke up with a really sore / muscle pain in my the back sides of my neck, and a pain in my left shoulder / collar bone area, ( weird its all on my left side)

I am not effected by light or anything like that with a typical headache.  I have been extremely fatigued this last 2 days where I have slept constantly. Up till now I believed I had TMJ or w/e its called because whenever I open my mouth wide my jaw pops and I feel it move out of place ( I also hear a 'crunching' noise only on the left side when i do this) But i'm beginning to become concerned, does this sound like a brain issue / aneurysm  or possibly a nerve / jaw alignment issue?
