Signs of an Unruptured Aneurysm?

I am a 25 year old male who has lived a rather unhealthy life style in the past few years.  I have been eating unhealthily, smoking cigarettes, and staying sedentary for these past years.  Recently, I have changed my habits and have reverted to healthy living with exercise, healthy foods, and no smoking.  My cholestrol was very high and I have been working to lower it as much as possible.

Recently, I have been experiencing some very odd symptoms that I feel may be linked to an unruptured aneurysm.  I have been feeling an odd pressure near my temple area and the right side of my head.  Furthermore, I have intermittent head pain right above and behind my eyes (though very rare).  In addition, I have been feeling pressure or feeling that someone is pressing against my brain in these areas as well.  I have also noticed that my pupils are dilated at times.  These symptoms are not always present but they do come up quite frequently.  Sleeping generally helps to take it away.  Furthermore, I have recently developed tinnitus (though it was before all these symptoms).

These are really odd symptoms to me and are fairly consistent with unruptured aneurysm symptoms on a few websites.  I have also been going through a lot of stress and anxiety, which could be an explanation for these weird pressure occurrences.  However, I know that my prior lifestyle has put me at risk for an unruptured aneurysm and would like to know if this something that I should be concerned about in relation to the aforementioned symptoms.

Of course, always best to talk to a doctor regarding  your concerns.  I have been found incidentally to have an unruptured 8.5 mm aneurysm.  I had an MRI as I was  having tinnitus and the aneurysm was first detected.  Apart from the tinnitus, I didn't have any symptoms at all.  I had the usual normal headache but nothing spectacular (I had 1 or 2 migraines in the past).  In fact, I thought I was so freakingly healthy that being told I had this in my head made me feel vulnerable.  I asked the neuros and different doctors repeatedly if the aneurysm causes my tinnitus and the common answer is - no.  It is possible if it is probably touching some kind of nerve but the common thread is - unruptured aneurysms are more often asymptomatic and are mostly discovered by accident or until after they have ruptured. Like I said though - if you are concerned, go to a doctor.

Oh, I had coiling with stent done to treat the aneurysm.  My tinnitus is still here...

Thanks.  Sounds good.  I'm glad it doesn't sound like an aneurysm.

You may want to explain your symptoms in the migraine section which I think your pain is related to an not an aneruysm.  You may get a quicker response from a Doctor.
