if you have an aneurysm on your brain stem could the growth of aneurysm cause pressure on brain stem enough to produce severe headaches even without a rupture?

I just read a study that talked about mass effect of an aneurysm on the brain stem. I don't recall it stating anything about a headache but it seems to reason that at the point that its pressing up against the brain stem that "headaches" may be one of the symptoms.

You might do some research by googling something like " effect of aneurysm on brain stem." Use a search with something like that and you may get some answers.

Wishing you the best.
