blurred and double vision in one eye after an annurisim surgery

First, i am sorry for my english. on the 13 of august, i had a bad migraine  on my right side  of my head. my right eye was watering and closing , blurred vision. on the 17 of august , i had an annurisim sugery. the first week, my right eye did not open. now it satarted open up. but the double vision and blurred  remains. i would like to know if my vision will go back to normal and how long. thank you in advance. some friends told me that once the inflamation (inflammation) goes down i should be ok
