can a C-5 C-6 fussion cause a berry aneurysm?

About 2 yrs. ago I had a C-5 C-6 fusion with plating.  There were also bone chips that were taken out that my Dr. could not or would not explain how they got there on top of the nerves.  I had no falls, car crashes, nor was I beaten with a baseball bat. My Dr. said my spine was healthy and normal otherwise.  Since the surgery I have not been fine at all, I am in constant pain which my Dr. expressed to me was not real.  I then changed Dr. and went to him with the same complaints of constant pain, memmory loss, the worst headaches ever, the use of my right arm, tinggling in my legs and feet, loss of strength, loss of my balance, and just feeling like a crazy person sick everyday, throwing-up, while trying to keep it all from my husband. Maybe the first Dr. was right because, the second one one listened to my complaints and sent me back to my family Dr.  Finally after doing so research on Post Concusive Syndrome my family Dr. ordered a CT which they think they have found a 3mm aneurysm.  My surgerical incision was done on the right side of the front part of my neck.  I need to know if this can all be connected, will i ever be normal again?  Will I ever have my live back. I'm truly sorry for spelling mistakes my brain just won't do things the way i want anymore.  I don't know where else to look for help. Please anyone.
