I am sorry but this is a difficult question to answer. Open heart surgeons perform several types of operations and their expertise varies with their specialization. Depending on your requirement, you need to locate a surgeon who can help you out. Your cardiologist and insurance agency is a good place to start with. Ask them. You can even talk to your PCP and friends. Its best to go to a doctor who is well recommended by your PCP, cardiologist or friends. Take care!
