temple bumo

I am 53,for the past year I began to notice I was having headaches, more frequently.I wake with a head ache and about a 2 months ago I felt a soft bump(not a pimple) on the center of my right temple. When I begin to feel they were coming on the pain would be on the top of my head, and they happened mostly after I woke in the morning and I would have at least 4 of them a wk.Then the headaches had moved to the back of my head behind my right ear and the middle of my neck and a large bump would be in that area, this pain was very very intense,so much I became very agitated and thru sweats, pacing, rubbing as hard as I could, till my hand began to cramp up,my last resort was to have my fiance whom is very stong, push on the back of my head with his elbow in this spot,as he pressed, all I could remember yelling at him"press harder"! harder, which in turn scared him, little did he know as he did the pushing on that spot was slowing relieving the pressure(explosion)of the pain I was feeling before then a girlfriend was there and she was massaging my head and it wasn't helping, matter of fact it made it worse! After about forty or so minutes of pressing with all his might it became manageable, but felt wornout! Then for couple months NOTHING. Then after driving a friend home stood up took 6/8 steps and blacked out, friend said I grabbed for the counter and stiff legged and I went straight back and smacked my head on the floor woke up didn't know what happended,as he was taking out to car,he learned me up against car and as he reached for the door down I went again? Never have I ever suffered headaches befor,no family history, I'm scared!Would greatly appreciate any feedback from anyone with similarities. God bless
