I have a very bad temper, and often act out. But since I have been put on meds., I can tell when I am reaching the boiling point and get myself immediately out of that situation before I do something I will later regret.
The headaches are most likely due to the fact that your blood pressure is rising, this will cause a headache/migraine, and I found when I acted out, it released the pressure, but like I said, I would later regret it.
If you get mood swings, which would include the anger, you may be bi-polar, I am.
Discuss it with your Dr., and in the meantime, when you feel that anger rising, remove yourself from the situation, think about it for a while, and then act when you have a clear head.
