is anybody aware what medicines/treatment does a pshychiatrist give for the ones with excessive anger and hurt.I tend to get physically and verbally violent on any trigger.I have made my parents life hell after starting lving with them since my husband wanted divorce 3 months back.
I know I have hurt (over being used and thrown by the person who wants divorce) but then these angry bouts are taking their toll on me.
Anything unbearable spoken by my parents ,triggers me and I go mad;I am contemplating a chanhe of place and strting living alone;but then I want to have a healthy life.I have ed an abusive life far too long, and the worst thing is I have become an abuser myself;;it happens once a week ,but still that is enough to take me back to my self which I abhor.
