It depends on what you're angry about? I think being mad from time to time is normal. But I think you need to look at it through this perspective.... is there something you can do about whatever it is that is making you angry, or is it out of your control?
If its out of your control, mull it over-understand it and move on. Remember that we cannot control others and that it is useless to even try.
If it is something that you can do something about, look at it real good and plan on handling it to the best of your abilities.
