what type of anger do i have

my anger is like non that i have ever seen before i get mad at the slightes of things why is that

  I know exactly what you mean...I tend to have that problem too...from someone speaking, to getting a drop of water on my shirt...
  I think its all a mindset about what we let bother us. My normal reaction would be to scream at people or hurt myself or rip up things. I figured out how to calm myself down...its hard but it gets easier.
   If you feel like your going to explode, run to the other room, lock the door and take the biggest breaths you can...you can clench your fisys.....scream in a pillow....rip up paper....go for a jog...anything to let that anger out without damaging something or somebody.

  Lots of people have anger issues...some more than others...it all comes down to controlling it. Even the most angry people can somehow calm themselves down even if it seems they cannot. Its all a mindset.
