why do i get soo angry soo easily

im 15 and i get really angry at near enough everyone that annoys me, i just want to hit people at times. i get that angry that i hit walls and really mess up my knuckles. i try to stay calm but i just cant.
someone please help me?

I am 26 and I get that way alot 2 I hit walls and anything that is around me I even put my hand through a glass clock I found that a punchin bag is a good way to go, that way you do.t mess your knuckles up anymore and you cant get into trouble either

Im begining to feel that way too,i get annoyed so fast at people sometimes i dont even wanna talk to anyone i get in such a bad mood that i just wanna be by myself
