Large, predominantly fixed defect within distal anterior wall, apex and
inferoapical wall consistent with previous large anteroseptal myocardial
infarction with residual peri infarct ischemia.
Severely reduced LV systolic function in global fashion with anterior and
apical akinesis.

Hi there!

The report describes abnormality at the front and lower wall of the heart including the part that separates the two sides of the heart, consistent with a previous heart attack and severely reduced pumping action/ strength of the heart.
