Slight : Minimal
Inferior : Lowest ranking or least of the scale
Repolorization : The muscle cells returning to the normal resting potential
Disturbance : Outside of the hearts normal rhythm =

This has to do w. the muscle cells or myocardial cells restoring themselves back to the full electrical potential of the cells themselves.  These cells are found in the muscle tissue of the heart which is also a muscle.  There are literally hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of these cells..could be a couple, or more...in other words a portion of them are sort of acting up on you...i know this is basic but hopefully helpful.....it has to the w. the electrical activity of the heart which is how our hearts pump......
